Direct administrative responsibility over approximately 400 employees. Lower Columbia Fish Recovery Board which created a five county salmon and steelhead habitat restoration plan. Supervised development and implementation of Critical Areas Ordinance. Conducted land use and Shoreline Master Program hearings.
